My buddy Willie nursed a belt that unwound from 3 inch to 1 inch, home 250 miles on a custom 38 Knuck. His luck was better than yours.
Been there my 47 threw one in the middle of no where
on a trip...no way I was leaving the knuck so I had to push for miles before someone finally stopped to offer help in finding a belt at any bike shops close to where I was. 8 hours later I was back on the road.
